## Financial services

AI agents may be able to initiate payments, transfers, account changes, trading or treasury workflows, sensitive record changes, or other consequential operations.

Inktomi's role is to adjudicate the specific proposed action against configured policy and required evidence before a governed destination accepts it. Policy can require human approval for actions that should not proceed automatically.

Using Inktomi does not by itself establish compliance with financial-services law, regulation, supervisory expectations, or recordkeeping obligations.

## Healthcare

Potential governed actions include changes to protected records and other operational actions for which an organization needs explicit policy, authority, and evidence before effect.

The governance record can preserve the basis for the decision and support replay and audit.

Kihan does not claim that Inktomi alone makes a healthcare deployment compliant with any specific law or regulation.

## Legal

Potential governed actions include filings, changes to controlled matter or document systems, external submissions, and other consequential actions requiring explicit authority.

Inktomi can be used to require the applicable evidence or human approval before a governed destination accepts the action.

Use of the product is not legal advice and does not by itself guarantee legal or professional compliance.

## Insurance

Potential governed actions include claims workflows, policy or account changes, payments, and other high-consequence operations where policy requires evidence, approval, or an auditable authority chain before execution.

## Production operations

Potential governed actions include tool execution, configuration changes, network actions, and other operations that can modify production state.

The product's protection depends on whether the action path is inside the mediated deployment perimeter. A deployment coverage report states which paths are governed.

## Government

Potential governed actions include casework, records, operational workflows, procurement or financial actions, and other consequential state changes requiring explicit authority and inspectable evidence.

Kihan does not currently claim FedRAMP certification or blanket authorization for government use.

## Common pattern across industries

The industry changes; the governance pattern does not:

1. an agent proposes a specific action;
2. policy and evidence are evaluated;
3. a human intervenes where required;
4. a signed, single-use permit grants authority for the exact action;
5. the governed destination verifies the permit before effect;
6. the decision remains available for inspection, replay, and reconciliation.
